If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will either:

• Replace the damaged product with a new one, or

• Issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.

Note: For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
